Leading Film and Sheet manufacturer offers an immediate opening for a Lead Technician to operate systems used for blown film extrusion, flat-die extrusion, co-extrusion, lay-flat tubing, coating and laminations, and multi-layer construction processes.

*** Set-up, adjust, and operate Plastic Film Extrusion Systems.

*** Perform material change overs between a variety of films and laminents.

*** Connect and operate raw material blending & production mixing equipment.

*** Take corrective action to ensure productivity and minimal waste.

Qualified individual must have at least 10 years experience working with Film Extrusion Systems, Web Handling Machines, or similar equipment and the willingness to work around the clock as needed.

Earn a base salary to $80,000 with overtime potential and a long-term incentive package including insurance coverages (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability), 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, paid time off, paid holidays, vacation days, and tuition reimbursement plan.
