*** Evaluate and revise processes to reduce variation, increase efficiency and increase profitability.

*** Review equipment, address deficiencies, and recommend purchase of new machinery.

*** Oversee the integration of new machinery, molds and materials.

*** Train production team members in new processes and operation of equipment.

*** Provide hands-on expertise during project initiation.

*** Set up, start up, input process parameters, and shut down machinery.

*** Initiate and oversee mold and machine maintenance.

*** Train process technicians and machine operators.
