Industry leader seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to oversee consultative sales cycles and manage small team of sales engineers.

Candidate will sell portfolio of key wavelength selection solutions (ruled and holographically produced diffraction gratings, optical thin film interference filters, optical replication, photolithography, optical polarizers, company OEM manufacturers, and similar) to Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Activities:

*** Develop key client target lists and associated sales strategies.

*** Build and manage team of sales engineers.

*** Utilize knowledge of spectroscopy, optical replication, photonics, thin film optical coatings, and photolithography.

*** Create and present sales proposals to clients.

*** Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing team throughout sales cycle.

*** Serve as primary point of contact for client queries.

*** Train and oversee junior sales engineers.

Experience Sought:

*** Bachelors in Physics, Optics, or similar field.

*** 2+ years of sales and personnel management experience.
