Seeking Laboratory Manager with 5+ years experience in a Milk & Cheese product testing laboratory performing or overseeing:

*** Equipment calibration, troubleshooting, set-up, and operation.

*** Testing products to determine physical, chemical, adulteration, compositional, and organoleptic characteristics.

*** Sample and reagent preparation.

*** Analysis, interpretation, and documentation of data gathered in testing.

*** Technician training and coaching.

Requires experience with:

*** Analytical instruments - Centrifuges, Milk Analyzers, Somatic Cell Analyzers, Mass Spectrometry equipment, Liquid Chromatography instruments, Automated Fiber Analyzers, etc.

*** Tests including - Somatic Cell Counts, Raw Milk Bacteria Tests, Enzymatic Bioanalysis, Milk Urea Nitrogen Analysis, Butter Fat Tests, Direct Microscopic Counts (DMC), Aerobic Plate Counts, Component Analysis, etc.
