Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment in production areas. Create and update standard operating procedures and write deviation reports.

Perform aseptic processes and verifications required for biological production processes in compliance with current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) standards, all current safety standards, and site procedures. Participate in lab and production out of specification (OOS) investigations.

Conduct basic operation of production equipment and ensure all equipment, instruments, and production materials are released and available for use. Oversee cleaning and environmental monitoring and perform in-process batch quality checks per written procedures. Follow safety rules, wear appropriate safety equipment, and maintain proper safety practices at all times.
