Activities:

*** Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation of analytical instruments.

*** Inspect malfunctioning product, analyze inspection findings, determine source of problem, and recommend repair or replacement.

*** Serve as voice of customer and liaise feedback to product development teams.

*** Develop and implement training modules on safe operation of equipment.

Candidates should have experience with Gas Chromatographs, High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Ultraviolet-visible Spectrometers, Mass Spectrometers, or similar instrumentation.
