Activities:

*** Design and develop protein purification processes using techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectometry (LC-MS), gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis, or similar.

*** Develop protocols for ensuring quality of purified proteins

*** Lead, train, and coach junior scientists

Requirements:

*** Ph.D. in Biology, Biochem, Protein Chemistry, or similar field

*** Proven expertise in managing stem cell protein purification for drug development

*** Must be comfortable leading lab activities and managing staff while still working hands on when necessary
