Lab Manager Supervisor Coordinator Team Leader Analytical Chemistry Organic Environmental Methods Development Sample Analysis HPLC GC MS Soil Water Air Manufactured Products _ .

Oversee group that develops and utilizes chemistry, chromatographic, and characterization techniques to support Formulations, Process Development, Research and Development, and Manufacturing Quality Assurance and Control for Agrochemical products including Pesticides, Fertilizers, Plant Nutrients, and Adjuvants.

*** Design and execute formulation and process development experiments.

*** Plan comprehensive stability studies.

*** Develop new chemical assays, including writing method qualification and validation protocols and reports.

*** Perform and record analyses as assigned, including High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Ultraviolet-visible Spectroscopy, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry, CHN/S Elemental Analysis, Particle Size Analysis, etc.

*** Interpret, analyze, manage and document data.

*** Develop technical strategies to meet regulatory and quality control technical and business needs.

*** Develop or identify new technologies, experimental designs, and proprietary technical opportunities.

*** Troubleshoot technical problems for development and manufacturing.

*** Write Standard Operating Procedures and review revisions to procedures.

*** Perform basic maintenance on analytical equipment.

*** Advise team on suitable analytical instrumentation required for product support.

*** Train colleagues in methods and procedures.

*** Act as study monitor with 3rd party labs.
