Description
Seeking Sales Professional to explore and develop new and existing business opportunities so that company can expand its currently successful Semiconductor OEM business in the United States.
Responsibilities:
*** Revenue and profit: Set and achieve budgeted revenue and profits within the Semiconductor OEM market and accounts and product mix.
*** Reporting and pipeline tracking: Provide adequate information to the business showing both leading and lagging measures; Providing evidence to the business to ensure correct resource levels are maintained.
*** Business development: Identify, develop and progress new accounts in Semiconductor OEM US sector.
*** Key account management; Work within the company protocols to manage key global customer relationships within the Semiconductor OEM sector; Create value for our key accounts thereby providing a competitive advantage and sharing this at a global level with the wider team.
*** Ideas for new product development: Fill the pipeline with qualified ideas to develop new products within the Semiconductor OEM sector.
*** Public face: Represent the business units at the Semiconductor OEM accounts including exhibitions, seminars, conferences and associations.
Qualifications:
*** 3-5 years experience in successfully selling components to the semiconductor market.
*** Familiar with the semiconductor and wafer fab environment.
*** Able to manage multiple short and long term projects simultaneously.
*** Ability to generate new business with existing sales at Semiconductor OEM accounts.
*** Computer literate including use of CRM and databases.
*** Ability to forecast, develop budgets and provide measurement systems.
*** Setting targets and measuring performance through KPI�s and pipeline tracking reports.
*** Bachelor�s degree (MBA a plus).
