The Research Analyst CopyWriter is core member of our talent acquisition operations team and provides our consultants with critical market research, industry analysis, recruiting reports, marketing materials and develops unique content for advertisements.

A successful Research Analyst CopyWriter is eager to seek out new STEM knowledge, is a master of identifying and isolating critical information in documents, web pages, journal articles, reports and simlar web based resources, and most importantly can translate complex technical jargon into simplified and succint sentences.

Responsibilities:

*** Locate, collect and classify web page content, journal articles, job descriptions, career specifications, hiring requirements, corporate heirarchies, employee classifications, company facilities and more

*** Develop content for internet advertisements, social media campaigns, market engagement, client presentations, compensation analysis reports, and more

*** Research Scientific discoveries, Technology innovations, Engineering breakthroughs, Mathematical advancements and more

*** Participate in an active training program focused on developing professional skills and advancing team members into business consultants, management trainees and corporate leaders

Required Skills:

*** Inquisitive thinking and analytic problem solving with determination to research topics and understand how things are made

*** Capacity to comprehend new concepts with the capability to use reason and logic over speculation and guessing during the decision making process

*** Ability to focus on tasks until completion and follow multi-step plans without guidance
