Seeking experienced Process Engineer with knowledge of investment casting, lost wax casting, lost foam casting, or similar with a focus on industrial applications and large batch products.

Shall:

*** Identify and resolve quality issues or non-conforming aspects of production processes.

*** Inspect casting process involving indirect methods, ensure staff is trained in proper production procedures.

*** Ensure quality production through quality control methods and audits.

*** Lead defect reduction through Six Sigma protocols, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, or Kaizen events.

*** Suggest improvements to plant infrastructure and recommend purchase of new equipment.

Requirements:

*** Knowledge of investment casting or similar processes including Lost Foam or Lost Wax.

*** Ability to analyze the casting process and identify areas of concern regarding productivity, safety, and quality.

*** Four year engineering degree from an accredited college or university in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Foundry, or similar.
