Insurance Claims Specialist Adjuster Examiner Analyst Attorney Environmental Toxic Tort Asbestos Pollution Health Hazard _ .

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE

Seeking individual with experience evaluating and resolving environmental and toxic tort insurance claims according to industry best practice standards.

Shall:

*** Review loss notices, interpret policy coverage, establish reserves and handle claims involving primary, excess, and umbrella coverage.

*** Evaluate claims for eligibility status and review established coverages in policies.

*** Negotiate payments and ensure on-time disbursement of funds to clients.

Qualifications:

*** 4 year degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience handling complex or specialty claims involving environmental, pollution, general liability, etc.
