Seeking Subrogation Claim Manager to build and lead a team of claims representatives responsible for the following activities:

*** Handling subrogation claims assigned by evaluating legal liability; investigating when necessary; and aggressively pursuing, negotiating, and resolving subrogation collection with insureds, at fault parties, or their attorneys.

*** Communicating with policyholders, at fault parties, witnesses, attorneys, and underwriters to obtain and provide the necessary information for collection and recovery.

*** Verifying policy coverage and claim details, and entering claim, payment, and refund checks into host system to keep accurate balance due records on pending accounts.

*** Reviewing files and referring to attorney or outside collection agency for legal action.
