Senior Insurance Claims Specialist Examiner Adjuster Complex GL Claims Specialist General Liability and Commercial Auto _ .

Seeking individual to handle complex or challenging General Liability claims issues.

Activities:

*** Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims.

*** Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for multiple lines of business.

*** Analyze claims to determine extent of loss and arrange for outside expert examinations when necessary.

*** Interface with attorneys to provide direction and recommendations during litigation procedures.

Qualifications:

*** 7+ years relevant experience handling complex claims issues.

*** Extensive background in General Liability.

Total compensation to $130,000 with excellent salary and fantastic bonus. Perquisites including generous paid time off offerings, matched 401(k) plan and company paid pension, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Tuition reimbursement and expense account for business travel.
