Manage day to day activities of Special Investigation Unit team of support staff, analysts, and investigators focused on advanced fraud detection and prevention.

*** Review and assign referrals from claims department or analytics to SIU investigators.

*** Coordinate and direct investigative activities of SIU team.

*** Support investigative and claims process for complex cases through identification of advanced fraud platforms to include artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation technology.

*** Coordinate resources to properly investigate external risks associated with organized fraud.

*** Maintain SIU standards, reporting procedures, statutory compliance, and efficient operation of assigned team.

*** Serve as a resource and mentor to team members.

*** Assist delivery of fraud awareness training initiatives.

*** Identify, establish, and cultivate external relationships with industry, law enforcement, and other contacts involved in fraud investigation, detection, and prevention.
