Meet company growth and profitability goals for Personal Lines programs through product analysis, research and development, and management of loss and expense ratios and reinsurance costs.
*** Conduct regular in-depth loss analysis of programs.
*** Develop annual business plans.
*** Implement and monitor ongoing portfolio optimization process.
*** Minimize reinsurance costs.
*** Lead product development efforts for new states and new product launches.
*** Conduct market analysis for competitive positioning and rate making.
*** Work with actuarial team on product rate filings.
*** Perform periodic rate and product reviews and implement appropriate changes.
*** Constantly evaluate market, product features, and forms.
