Overview:

Lead the planning, development and introduction of new, customer-relevant products to the personal lines auto, homeowners, dwelling fire and umbrella markets.

Responsibilities:

*** Lead strategic planning, development and implementation of new personal lines products

*** Provide guidance, oversight, effectively analyze performance metrics of product management support team (2 Senior Product Analysts and 1 Business Analyst)

.... Evaluate and implement price level adjustments by state to maintain profitability

.... Manage state rate filings

.....Work cross-functionally with Actuarial, Underwriting, Marketing, Application Services departments to improve risk rating, efficiency, and effectiveness of underwriting process.

*** Negotiate and persuade various levels of management concerning operations and project phase scheduling.

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of knowledge in Product Management or Underwriting

*** Demonstrated success developing or improving personal lines, auto, and home owners insurance products.

*** Familiarity with multivariate modeling, standard industry software tools, and DOI filings and compliance.

*** CPCU, or working toward, preferred
