Participate in new insurance product development and maintenance of existing products, to include competition research; consulting with business units and external resources; drafting policy documents; and developing processes and procedures related to product filing, implementation, and maintenance.

*** Prepare product filing documentation and file insurance products with regulators in SERFF.

*** Oversee product filing process, including responding to department of insurance queries.

*** Work with internal constituents on implementation and maintenance of filed and approved products.

*** Provide guidance on product-related compliance issues.

*** Ensure underwriting, servicing, and distribution practices comply with regulatory requirements.

*** Review insurance marketing strategies and materials to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

*** Monitor, review, and analyze insurance statutes, regulations, and bulletins to determine impact to company products and operations.
