Manage team of product professionals developing and maintaining products for Home & Auto Insurance, including directing the state filing process.

*** Train, assess, motivate, and manage employees.

*** Plan, organize, and coordinate work activities and resources to include establishing and meeting deadlines.

*** Coordinate team resources, product management projects, and product update development and delivery.

*** Complete market and competitive research to assess potential new products.

*** Develop and manage new and existing products and forms.

*** Implement state filing procedures and practices to include SERFF tools.
