Develop and maintain a claims compliance program by establishing compliance standards, investigating and addressing compliance issues, and implementing controls to monitor and prevent compliance deficiencies.

*** Develop and execute Claims Compliance Risk Management strategy.

*** Provide and oversee training and awareness initiatives related to claims compliance requirements.

*** Monitor and test compliance controls within Claims Department.

*** Oversee proper controls and monitoring of third parties administrators.

*** Conduct trending analysis using data analytics and other reporting mechanisms to identify potential compliance issues.

*** Manage regulatory changes related to claims, including monitoring state and federal regulatory changes across all states for property and casualty product lines.

*** Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Insurance Regulatory Counsel to respond to and address results of regulatory audits, complaints, and market conduct exam activity.

*** Lead investigations of claims related compliance issues or breaches.
