Analyze statistical audit reports that identify accurate and timely performance results, and document procedures for Claims Audit teams.

*** Lead audit team evaluating accuracy and effectiveness of Operations administration of benefits on all claim systems and lines of business.

*** Perform claim audits and issue reports indicating claim accuracy, timeliness, telephone accessibility data, and error trends.

*** Establish and review performance standards for each type of audit to validate and improve auditor production.

*** Design and document training material for Audit team and communicate documentation and revisions to Manager.

*** Perform analysis of audit results to identify error trends and recommend potential training opportunities, documentation needed, and business decisions.

*** Provide input and feedback to Audit Manager to assist performance appraisals and development plans for audit staff.

*** Conduct impact analysis for external customer audits to identify claims processing gaps and improve overall audit results.

*** Identify systems enhancements and process flows to prevent ongoing claim adjudication errors by documenting errors via SharePoint database.

*** Validate system reports and team resolution of audit and system issues.

*** Identify opportunities to reduce administrative cost and improve team efficiency.

*** Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year to date performance reporting of audit related reports.
