Insurance Claims Adjuster Claims Representative Insurance Bodily Injury Claims Auto Bodily Injury Physical Injury Litigation _.

Seeking experienced Attorney Represented and Non-Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster for a growing team! Use knowledge of medical and legal terminology to complete investigations, evaluate damages and injuries and negotiate a fair and prompt settlement.

Position Responsibilities:

*** Assume handling of injury claims and work to conclusion.

*** Interpret medical reports, review medical billing, evaluate claim value and manage claims process to ensure efficient resolution.

*** Estimate cost of treatment or compensation for those injured in accidents

*** Negotiate with claimants and attorneys to settle bodily injury claims

Position Qualifications:

*** Casualty claims handling experience with some experience handling bodily injury cases.

*** Non-standard auto experience a plus.

*** Claim-related computer systems experience is a plus.

*** Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
