*** Conduct site surveys and evaluations of existing instrumentation and control systems.

*** Identify field instruments for proper process control and monitoring.

*** Design water and wastewater instrumentation and control systems.

*** Develop budget estimates and project schedules.

*** Develop project specifications and drawings.

*** Develop system block and loop diagrams.

*** Layout and specify PLC panels.

*** Program Allen Bradley PLCs including Control Logix and Compact logix, SLC-500, and MicroLogiz 100/1500 controllers, RSLogix.

*** Develop operator interface and human machine interface screens.

*** Provide field service troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, check-out, and start-up for water and wastewater projects.

*** Perform field testing and troubleshooting.
