International leader in airport baggage handling, distributing, and sorting systems seeks individual with experience leading an installation team during final customer-site installations of large material handling, baggage handling, parcel handling, or similar systems.

Specific expertise in airport baggage handling systems is highly desirable.

Oversee entire installation and commissioning processes of airport baggage handling systems.

Shall:

*** Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, material sheets, manpower requirements, quotes, price estimates, transportation cost documents, task plans, etc.

*** Prepare installation site, perform site surveys, oversee site cleaning, mark floors, create equipment layouts and conveyor path layouts, check that materials were delivered, check system dimensions, calibrate equipment, review tool maintenance, etc.

*** Oversee millwrights, mechanics, and contractors fabricating, connecting, and erecting support systems and conveyors.

*** Oversee electrical technicians, controls technicians, and programmers installing, setting up, programming, testing, and modifying electrical systems including control panels, PLCs, HMIs, baggage screening equipment, baggage tracking systems, etc.
