*** AUTOMATED PACKING, PARCEL, ORDER FULFILLMENT, AND POST SYSTEMS: Picking, sorting, routing, singulating, retrieving, consolidating, counting, diverting, labeling, reading, motion reading, sequence buffering, inserting-extracting, carton erecting, void filling, wrapping, sealing, palletizing, etc.

*** CONVEYOR COMPONENTS: Belts, chains, bearings, gears, bushings, sprockets, motors, reducers, rollers, pivot wheels, slides, shoes, trays, tracks, pushers and pusher assemblies, vibrators, gliders, air sweeps, slats, tubes, chutes, stops, feeders, stepper drives, servo drives, brushless servos, etc.

*** STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS: Floor supports, frames, guard rails, stringers, braces, brackets, hangers, mounts, joints, counter weights, hoods, seals, shock mounts, impact bars, C-channels, castings, etc.

*** HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS: Cylinders, pistons, compressors, valves, toggle valves, gauges, pumps, tubing, connectors, actuators, regulators, canisters and cartridges, orifice restrictors, driers, condensers, etc.

*** ACTUATORS & COMPONENTS: Electric ball-screw actuators, pneumatic actuators, rodless electric linear actuators, screw drive linear actuators, low profile actuators, inline actuators,

*** VISION SYSTEM COMPONENTS: Smart cameras, line-scan cameras, lighting systems, thermal imaging, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors, measurement sensors, barcode readers, OCR readers, integrated lighting, interchangeable color filters, etc.

*** CONTROLLERS & COMPONENTS: Processor (CPU), memory, power supply, and Input-Output modules; Input: relay contacts, push buttons, limit switches, analog sensors, selector switches, relay contacts, photo sensors, proximity switches, temperature sensors; Output: relays, motor starters, solenoid valves, etc.

*** Familiarity with PLCs from the following companies is a plus: Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, Modicon, GE Automation, Omron, Panasonic, Keyence, Crouzet Automation, Grayhill, Opto 22, Telemecanique, etc.
