Seeking experienced installation leader who can oversee activities of mechanics, millwrights, and other technicians installing, setting up, aligning, testing, and training customers on automated intralogistics systems.

Shall meet with construction and safety officers, third party contractors, and customer team members to make sure installation is safe and effective. Lead large projects in advanced customer facilities located domestically and internationally.

*** AUTOMATED ORDER FULFILLMENT, PACKING, POST, AND PARCEL SYSTEMS: Picking, sorting, routing, diverting, counting, labeling, reading, wrapping, sealing, singulating, palletizing, etc.

*** STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS: floor supports, guard rails, hangers, braces, mounts, joints, frames, hoods, seals, brackets, rubbers impact bars and shock mounts, etc.

*** CONVEYOR COMPONENTS: Belts, chains, motors, rollers, reducers, pivot wheels, slides, shoes, trays, tracks, pushers, vibrators, gliders, slats, tubes, chutes, stops, feeders, stepper drives, servo drives, brushless servos, etc.

*** HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS: Cylinders, pistons, pumps, compressors, regulators, canisters and cartridges, condensers, gauges, etc.

*** ACTUATORS: Pneumatic, rodless electric linear, rod-style screw drive linear, low profile, inline, etc.

*** TRACKING & VISION SYSTEM COMPONENTS: CCD or CMOS cameras, line-scan cameras, lighting and illumination systems, thermal imaging, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors, speed sensing switches, measurement sensors, barcode readers, OCR readers, integrated lighting, etc.

*** CONTROLLER COMPONENTS: Processor, power supply, I-O modules, relay contacts, push buttons, limit switches, analog sensors, selector switches, relay contacts, photo sensors, proximity switches, temperature sensors, relays, motor starters, solenoid valves, indicator lights, LED displays, etc.

*** PLC MANUFACTURERS: Schneider Electric, Crouzet Automation, Siemens, Grayhill, Omron, Opto 22, Panasonic, ABB, Keyence, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Modicon, Telemecanique, GE Automation, etc.
