Seeking individual with experience changing molds on injection molding machines, adjusting pressure settings and performing general preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines during set-up processes.

Shall:

*** Review processing schedules and production orders to select molds, jigs, and fixtures from warehouse.

*** Transport molds from storage using overhead cranes, execute mold tooling changeovers, perform mold set-ups and changes.

*** Verify proper placement, alignment, and setup of molds using calipers, height gages, micrometers, levels, etc.

*** Clean molds and machines before and after changeovers.

*** Inspect molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment and recommending repair or maintenance.

*** Input process parameters into machine controls.

*** Set up automation attachments including robot pickers and sprue pickers.
