Design products, processes, tooling, and equipment for production of plastic injection molded parts.

Shall:

*** Design experiments using Moldflow or Minitab software.

*** Perform Design For Manufacturing, tooling, process, and validation engineering activities.

*** Conduct design for manufacturing analysis, supplier management, and component qualification.

*** Prototype, feasibility test, and implement manufacturing work instructions.

*** Create validation protocols and report documents.

*** Support launch of new plastic components into manufacturing.

*** Develop improvements to existing products and injection molding processes.
