*** Work closely with marketing and customers for several diverse programs.

*** Oversee development of novel injection molding processes and mold designs.

*** Analyze new plastic materials and their processing characteristics

*** Troubleshoot and develop solutions to mold, material, and process problems.

*** Transfer technology from pilot plant to manufacturing facilities.

*** Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

*** Specify, source, purchase and commission new molding machinery.
