Seeking 5+ years experience designing and developing novel injection molded components and related manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling and systems ensuring high quality and manufacturing reliability.

Shall:

*** Work with customers to turn an idea into a new product.

*** Manage project from concept through design, prototyping, sourcing, testing, validating and hand off to production team.

*** Support the development of production tooling.

*** Recommend changes to molds to improve manufacturability.

*** Address customer quality issues.

*** Work with manufacturing team to ensure your product is made properly.

Highly visible, collaborative position working directly with manufacturing, clients and global development teams and transfering new tooling, ideas and molding technologies to production.
