Position requires 5+ years experience in the natural gas industry conducting pipeline hydraulic simulation, modeling and optimization and general knowledge of pumping equipment, pipeline volumetric movements and line displacement to support development of hydraulic models and address system changes, improve operating efficiency, identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate risk, and address business questions.

Activities:

*** Static and transient hydraulic modeling for pipeline systems.

*** Using software to evaluate operating parameters, system design, and pipeline capacity.

*** Creating model scenarios and simulations to address business questions and support design and growth initiatives.

*** Provide expert support to engineers and 3rd parties regarding model configuration and operating scenarios, application of Drag Reducing Additives and pipeline optimization studies.
