Description
Develop, implement, improve, and monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, internal employment standards, and best practices.
*** Develop and maintain Employee Relations and Employment Practices Roadmap, nationwide compliance, and risk management initiatives.
*** Establish and refine strategic plans and company policies in compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
*** Create and refine best practices and standard operating procedures to support company plans and policies.
*** Manage programs encompassing employee life-cycle including I-9 and e-verify; immigration, VISAs, and work authorizations; onboarding new hires; performance management; employee records; complaint investigations; incident investigations; affirmative action; internal audits; unemployment; offboarding and termination; and company specific programs.
*** Ensure company programs meet regulatory requirements, including regulatory reporting and monitoring.
*** Advise human resources leaders and generalists who provide services to leaders and employees.
*** Partner with IT function to provide business requirements related to automation of compliance related transactions.
