Large Insurance Carrier seeking a Healthcare Compliance Attorney experienced in healthcare provider and life sciences representation for client related projects.

Draft contracts encompassing all areas of healthcare law, including medical device distribution agreements, professional services agreements, management contracts, third party payer, employment agreements, healthcare policies and procedures, and advisory memoranda and opinion letters.

Requires a J.D. degree, license to practice law, and knowledge of HIPAA, provider licensing, certification and enrollment, and fraud and abuse laws including Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA), and Corporate Practice of Medicine.
