The HR Recruiting Consultant works side by side with human resource leadership teams while concurrently partnering with hiring managers to facilitate company growth

Acting as a key company representative the recruiting consultant is responsible for all stages of the hiring process including candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, enterprised negotiating, extending offers, securing new hire acceptances and completing post hire follow ups

The Manager Development Program is designed to ensure our recruiting consultants master full life cycle recruiting.

*** Become a critical hiring advisor providing guidance to executives, hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the hiring process

*** Facilitate candidate interactions serving as an integral source of knowledge for potential hires providing insight regarding job responsibilities, company culture, policies, procedures, benefits, and future expectations.

*** Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

*** Keeps abreast of current market trends and identify potential impacts on hiring decisions and maintain a network of potential hires in advance of requisitioned needs

*** Evaluate candidate's work history, education, training, job skills, compensation requirements, and abilities.
