Description
Administer recruiting, health and safety, employee relations, and employee benefits policies, programs, and practices for a Distribution Center.
*** Execute recruitment activities including identifying recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, and determining final selection.
*** Conduct new hire orientation, annual benefit enrollment, and other training sessions.
*** Coordinate employee relations issues to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution.
*** Complete exit interviews and paperwork for departing employees.
*** Maintain employment records such as new hire paperwork, benefit records, and change notices.
*** Update Human Resources Information System for HR, Benefits and Payroll processing.
*** Facilitate annual performance management process.
*** Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual metrics.
*** Devise programs for operational improvement in recognition, morale, safety, etc.
*** Serve as health and safety coordinator for the office.
*** Ensure work accidents are investigated, post injury process is followed, and OSHA reporting maintained.
Candidates must have human resources experience including benefits and compensation administration responsibilities.
