Seeking direct industrial sales or marketing experience to join the Semiconductor Manufacturing Systems team as the Product Manager for and define and execute department sales and marketing strategy, and provide Operational Business Team leadership and direction to Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development.

Shall:

*** Develop and lead implementation of product marketing plan for Advanced Systems Semiconductor Processing Equipment.

*** Provide technical expertise to clients regarding appropriate systems and component selection.

*** Develop and implement pricing strategies and tactics in line with business goals and customer insights on value perceptions.

*** Identify and define market, product, and account opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.

*** Initiate and approve projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.

*** Serve as liaison between clients and production teams to ensure products meet customer specifications incorporating thermal environments, atmospheric characteristics, tooling requirements, material stability, manufacturing processes, etc.

*** Communicate customer insights, findings, and trends to functional leaders, influencing customer-centric business decisions.

*** Identify and drive development of tactics, support tools, and materials for new product launches.
