Seeking individual with proven success in an operations management role for a plastic molding environment with responsibility for overseeing personnel, product quality, and customer interactions.

Activities:

*** Evaluate production manpower requirements, schedule personnel based on project needs and facility capabilities.

*** Set production goals for cost, quality and quantity; measure adherence to goals and develop corrective action plans when performance is unsatisfactory.

*** Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to SOPs.

*** Support personnel development efforts and create training plans.

*** Manage purchasing and inventory activities, ensure proper levels of raw materials and spare parts.

*** Ensure plant support personnel are given the resources needed to keep the plant in working order.

Requirements:

*** Experience in a plastic injection molding environment leading plant operations, managing P&L, and working with upper management to develop strategic operational plans.

*** Strong understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounting.
