Functions:

*** Develop polyurethane and elastomer formulations for cast and mold products.

*** Support process, quality, and performance improvements, of existing products and technology.

*** Document experimental changes made to formulations to provide guidance for others regarding accuracy, quality, and timeliness of experimental results.

*** Provide regular updates of individual projects through monthly reviews, technical reviews, and stage-gate reviews.

*** Analyze data and results from multiple experiments, formulate conclusions, and design future experiments.
