Discover and develop biopesticides to prevent pests, weeds, plant diseases, and invasive species for agricultural and water markets.

*** Discover and evaluate new or improved processes and ingredients, and identify potential benefits to formulations to create new intellectual property.

*** Represent Company to suppliers and vendors on proposed formulations, designs, processes, and procurement of materials.

*** Design and develop lab and commercial scale biopesticides products comprised of microbial and other natural Active Ingredients with recognized low toxicity for agricultural and water markets.

*** Ensure formulations meet commercial criteria through Stability Studies and Product Testing Procedures evaluating efficacy, microbial, pH, viscosity, dispersion, particle size, emulsion, suspension, compatibility testing, etc.

*** Assemble and maintain testing and formulation equipment for rheometry, particle size analysis, gravimetric analysis, microscopy, sieving, blending, mixing, wet and dry milling, coating, extrusion, lyophilization, spray drying, and drum drying.

*** Prepare laboratory notebooks, technical reports, summaries, protocols, and methods for development of biopesticides products.

*** Produce and track product for field trials, process development, and scale-up.

*** Participate in technical transfer of formulation processes to contract manufacturing facilities, including site visits.

*** Facilitate transition of experimental products to full commercial production to meet cost, quantity, and performance requirements.

*** Provide technical support to Sales and Field Development organization.

*** Complete ongoing analysis of competitor products.
