*** Develop novel systems for application of coatings onto appropriate substrates.

*** Perform relevant characterization of coatings and application systems.

*** Analyze chemical structure of enamels and final coating properties.

*** Evaluate raw materials including additives, filler, and similar.

*** Serve as technical expert for coating formulation related queries.

*** Establish standard test methods to evaluate coatings.
