*** Drive market growth and innovation for Agrochemical business by maintaining strong Research & Development pipeline.

*** Plan, coordinate, and execute development programs to deliver innovative products and technologies to Agrochemicals markets.

*** Develop surfactants and dispersants via molecular synthesis of novel materials and formulations and identify and demonstrate applications.

*** Direct lab technicians in day-to-day activities, including performing experiments, testing materials, setting up and testing new laboratory apparatus, etc.

*** Work with engineers and manufacturing to produce and scale up new products, improve current processes, and address product performance opportunities.

*** Develop, review, critique, and present Technical Data Sheets, slide presentations, posters, technical papers, etc. to customers, distributors, and others.

*** Travel to customer locations, industry meetings, and conferences to meet with customers and make industry contacts.

*** Assist Marketing and Sales by identifying opportunities within Agrochemicals markets for current or new technologies.

*** Answer customer, sales, and marketing questions about products, performance, and applications for Agrochemical products and formulations.

*** Provide formulation support related to R&D and commercial products and samples to customers.
