*** Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional activities.

*** Service and expand existing customer base.

*** Develop new customers and product categories.

*** Generate qualified leads for sales staff, brokers and channel partners.

*** Maintain customer and market relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence, and other manners of contact such as professional organizations, social media sites etc.

*** Maintain viable pricing based on market trends and account specific knowledge.

*** Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and R&D to satisfy evolving customer requirements.

*** Collect and analyze product, pricing and usage information to support accurate forecasting, identify new opportunities and advise research and development.

*** Regularly report sales and market metrics and analyses to management.
