Description
Seeking degreed Food Chemist with background in protein, cheese, milk, of similar powdered products and expertise with processes including:
*** Spray drying, freeze drying, drum drying, roller drying, extruding, hydrolysis, agglomeration, ion exchange, membrane processing, evaporation, separation and purification, centrifugation, UHT (ultra-high temperature processing), HTST (high-temperature, short-time; or flash pasteurization), or related.
Create new recipes, improve processes, and select new equipment for products including:
*** Whole milk powders, skim milk powders, milk powder blends, whey protein powders and blends, whey protein isolates, deproteinized whey powder, cheese flavoring powders, caseins, caseinates, etc.
Must have degree in:
*** Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Dairy Science, or similar.
