Major provider of Injection Molding Machines seeking Field Technician to travel to facilities across the United States and service machinery for customers in a variety of industries.

Duties:

*** Install, set up, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machines and involved components (motors, hydraulics, platens, plates, nozzles, chambers, heaters, barrels, hoppers, rotating and reciprocating screws sprues, etc.).

*** Conduct advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on machine controllers and PLCs.

*** Use wiring diagrams to track and exchange PLC and machine controller connections and faulty circuit boards.

*** Train customers on how to operate and maintain Injection Molding Machines and related controllers and components.

What You'll Need:

*** At least three years experience with Injection Molding Machine services or comparable equipment.

*** Expertise interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.

*** Desire to travel around the U.S.
