Seeking individual with a Road Warrior mentality and experience working hands-on to install, repair, and modify large equipment who would be excited to work on large, CNC machine tools capable of machining work pieces exceeding 75 feet in diameter.

Activities:

*** Travel to customer facilities located both in the United States and in foreign countries and provide installation, set-up, training, repair, and retrofit expertise for manufacturing customers such as Aerospace OEMs, contract manufacturing organizations, ship-building firms, and specialty engineering and construction companies.

*** Train customer technicians and operators on the specifications of the equipment, ensure they are well-versed in proper start up and shut down procedures and are educated on maintenance requirements.

*** Replace or repair worn out or broken components and recommend purchase of additional spare parts from the warehouse. Assist with part identification and selection remotely through analysis of drawings and schematics.

Qualifications:

*** Valid passport and drivers license and willingness to travel internationally.

*** Experience with CNC Machine Tools and ability to work on very large 'super machines'.
