Seeking a dynamic, experienced Pipeline Operations Supervisor to lead a field team, develop and manage the annual budget, and create work plans for a transmission and gathering operation in a company specializing in midstream transportation of natural gas.

Shall:

*** Manage team members during projects, oversee training, and ensure operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

*** Direct personnel performing operations, measurement, and maintenance on natural gas compressor stations, dehydration facilities, pumping stations, and measurement facilities.

*** Supervise operation and maintenance of equipment, schedule inspections and testing of process equipment including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, cooling equipment, engines, turbines, motors, etc.

*** Develop and maintain the annual Operational and Maintenance budget for the facility, create and submit balance reports and Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs).

*** Compile and submit measurement documentation and construction documents including maps and technical drawings.

*** Create project scopes and work plans, develop personnel schedules and monitor performance.

*** Act as the face of the company to governmental auditors, third-party contractors, and public officials.

*** Identify, evaluate, and correct safety and environmental concerns.

Required:

*** 5+ years in a similar role with responsibility for personnel, facility, and budget development.

*** Ability to lead a diverse group of team members including field technicians, in-house maintenance mechanics, administrative staff, etc.

*** Experience enforcing company and government defined operating, safety, and environmental standards; must be well-versed in leading emergency response procedures in a transmission or gathering operation.
