Experience:

*** 3-5 years of experience installing, setting up, troubleshooting, diagnosing, & repairing:

Responsibilities:

*** Solve operating problems, carry out repairs, and make adjustments by phone and at customer sites.

*** Installation service and start-up of equipment and machinery; follow up with customers after visit to continue building relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

*** Prepare service reports, review documentation, and identify corrective actions.

Earn up to $48 per hour with opportunity for OT while operating on new top of the line machinery in the packaging industry; expense accounts for travel including hotel, meals, tolls, gas, etc.
