Serve as the key maintenance and technical expert for wrapping systems at customer facilities.

Equipment includes: L-seal systems, Intermittent motion side seal wrappers, Continuous motion side seal wrappers, Vertical continuous motion wrappers, Vertical orbital head wrappers, In-line conveyor wrappers, continuous, Case packer & wrapper systems, in-line sleeve wrappers, side infeed multipackers, continuous motion tray wrappers, forced air convection tunnels, radiant convection tunnels, label orientation systems, side infeed multipackers, etc.

Activities:

*** Perform installation, start-up, and preventative maintenance on shrink wrapping systems at customer facilities.

*** Diagnose problems with equipment line and recommend best-fit solutions, including replacing worn parts, repairing broken components, and updating software or hardware.

*** Provide training to client operators regarding equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

*** Document and communicate to Management recurring technical problems and equipment failures.

*** Evaluate precision and accuracy of testing and repair equipment.
