Seeking an individual who can travel locally to site locations to maintain, troubleshoot and repair CNC systems such as water jet cutters, laser cutters and plasma cutters.

Activities:

*** Visit multiple facilities to install and setup new machinery.

*** Service CNC machining equipment and machine parts including liquid ring vacuum pumps, boring heads and spindles.

*** Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and repair, rebuild or replace defective parts.

*** Document product and customer issues and resolutions.

*** Communicate effectively with customers and conduct training to ensure proper operation of equipment.

Required:

*** 3+ years of experience maintaining or repairing automated manufacturing equipment.

*** Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience.

*** Travel locally, no weekends.
