Seeking individual with 5+ years experience performing regular preventative or emergency maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Shall:

- Visit customer sites, inspect, troubleshoot, tune, maintain and repair various injection molding machines from manufacturers including Milacron, Van Dorn, Husky, Nissei etc.

- Troubleshoot and program PLCs, rewire control systems when necessary.

- Train operators in proper start up and shut down procedures.

- Guide customers remotely through phone or video calls.

Requirements:

- Willingness to travel for the majority of the week.

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems and components in injection molding machines.
